Application Guidelines

The event will provide a place where young people who have grown up in Hiroshima will meet and talk about their hope for 2020 Hiroshima Olympics and write their “Messages of Love and Peace” in the form of an essay as indicated below.
Time and Date: May 3rd (Mon) Doors opens at 16:00. Performances start at 17:00 and finish at 19:30.
Place: Aster Plaza “Great Hall” 4-17 Kako-Machi, Naka-Ku, Hiroshima City
Content of Essay: ”Messages of Peace and Hope for the 2020
Targets: Students in elementary school, junior high school, high school, technical college, and university
Number of Words: 420 to 960 words
Special Judge: scriptwriter Mr. Takao Koyama
(a popular scriptwriter who has created a number of pieces of work such as “Dragon Ball”)
※Winners will be given a certificate of commendation and an award at the event. Among them, three winners who will be able to come to the event are to present their essays.
All the applicants of essays will be presented goods specially-manufactured by PeacePiece Project at the reception desk at the event.
Guidelines for application: Fill out the attached form and send it with your essay by mail, or e-mail it.
